  • 2 Strength Training sessions per week. These training sessions are our #1 priority to burn calories and build lean muscle to boost your metabolism for the long term. In fact, strength training is the number one form of exercise to change your body and we’re going to show you how to do it correctly.
  • Personalized Metabolic Training Plan. Our metabolic training sessions are a great complement to your strength training. It will help you burn calories and give you the cardiovascular benefits you are looking for.

What Is The Fee For This Program?

Your fee is 1 payment of $297.99, (space is limited, this program fills up fast).

Who Is This For?

Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Our trainers will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some people might have specific dietary needs based on medical need, our network of professionals will be there to help.

What if I my schedule changes weekly?

We get it! In fact about a 1/3 of our clients here have schedules that change frequently. Our scheduling software/app allows you to book appointments according to YOUR schedule and whatever time slots are most convenient for YOU. This way you’re not held to a time slot that you may not always make.

What are the semi-private training sessions like?

Would you believe they are NOT classes; more like groups of your best friends working out together but going at their own pace. A semi- private session can have up to 4 members doing their own individualized workouts. The coach is overseeing the session and making sure everyone knows how to perform their exercises properly, how to adjust the equipment, etc. The coach is also there to help guide you with weight selection for current and future workouts so that progress can be made safely and consistently. We build a “training menu” for YOU so that you’re doing your OWN workout built for YOUR goals and YOUR abilities.

Is Your Gym Like CrossFit?

CrossFit is a sport and if your interest is that then you’re going to have better success at a CrossFit box. We are more of a training center, meaning people come to us with a specific problem and specific goals. We design a program that gets them from where they are to where they want to be. CrossFit builds you around the workouts. We build the workouts around you.

What if I have a trip or vacation planned?

Summer isn't quite over so you may have another short vacation scheduled and that's perfectly cool! We will send you workouts to do on your own to keep you 'somewhat' in check.

And if you don't do them, we will simply make sure you get back on track when you get home.

We're going to give you EVERYTHING you need to be successful, serve it on a silver platter... and if you simply follow the instructions, the results are 100% predictable.
